Instructors Tracey Rich and Ganga White explore the benefits of asanas and sun salutations for healing benefits. The 45-minute Practice includes: breathing, A Series, C Series, triangle, hero, twist, lying boat, backbends, forward bends, spiral twist, inversions and deep relaxation.
Total Yoga - Water is the second level in the Total Yoga: The Flow Series, with Level One being Earth, and level Three being Fire. The two instructors, a man and a woman, lead a series of many Sun Salutations and other, mostly basic Yoga poses such as warrior, triangle, lunges and boat pose. The set is incredibly simple with a soft blue background and the woman's voice narrates the workout.
Total Yoga - Fire is the Third level in the Total Yoga: The Flow Series. Total Yoga: Fire is the most advanced session in the Flow Series and combines both classical and contemporary postures in a rigorous workout with a higher level of refinement, toning and aerobic activity.
